Within the PASTECHL 2025 Conference Project Session in Podgorica, Albania was proudly represented by Albanian Sport Science Association (ASSA) and People in Focus (PIF), presenting results from the USSI Project under the Adaptation Framework – Sport Academy Methodology (SAM).

🎯 Focus of the Albanian session:
To ensure the quality, relevance, and adaptability of each training module within the USSI Project, a comprehensive evaluation tool was developed and applied during the pilot phase.
This tool aimed to:
1️⃣ Assess the perceived effectiveness and applicability of each SAM module among educators, coaches, and youth leaders.
2️⃣ Support data-informed improvements before wider implementation across partner countries.

📊 The evaluation findings from Albania provide valuable insights for refining the Sport Academy Methodology and ensuring it aligns with local educational and community sport contexts.
