Congress are a great way for young researchers to share their research. It is a great opportunity for us to get feedback and critiques from other researchers, knowledge-users, and others interested in research.
What is Youth Congress on Sport & Recreation Activities?
Youth Congress on Sport & Recreation Activities is a work of the ASSA, where youth leaders from across the country and the region come together with one goal to promote sport, recreational activity for an active healthy life through research. Promoting this initiative and innovating young people research is primary and essential for an active and healthy youth lifestyle. This congress creates opportunities for young people to discover their abilities and empower them in selecting ways and activities of a healthy lifestyle.
Aim
The main aim of the congress is to raise awareness and knowledge, as well as to build the necessary capacities to enable young people to undertake sports and recreational activities for an active and healthy life.
Mode of organization
During poster presentations, congress participants interact and engage directly with researchers. Research congress often have a poster competition, where the best posters receive awards and recognition. The Congress will be an opportunity for interactive roundtable on youth sports, exploring current youth sports and recreational activities issues.
