The official Opening Ceremony of the 20th FIEPS European Congress 2026 and the 5th International Conference on Education, Global Integration and Sport was held on 1 May 2026 in Elbasan, Albania, bringing together distinguished representatives from the European academic, sport, and research community.
Opening addresses were delivered by:

• Ognyan Miladinov – Vice Rector, National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski”
