ASSA organization (Albanian Sports Science Association) aims to perform sport, physical and recreational activities increasing the quality of sports and promoting physical activity and wellness in all age groups and regions. Improving major health outcomes through physical activity, affecting populations across Albania. We have 10 year of experience in national and international work. We have volunteers in our organization, mostly young people who practice different kinds of sport for recreational and health purposes, young people who are part of elite sport, instructors, coaches and adults who live in different rural places and urbans.
