It is no surprise that physical activity plays a very important role in the well-being of the human body. But we often indulge in some light exercises that we call “enough”, but in reality they are not enough to balance the calories we consume. It should not be forgotten that physical activity should mobilize the whole muscle and bone system and not every exercise or walk in the park can be called physical activity.

A long stroll in the park, every day would be a good start a physical exercise routine, but do not forget to add intensity. Walk every day by adding distance. Start and try to run once or twice a week. After a while, try a series of aerobic exercises or even a gym. A good way to achieve your goal is to join a sports team, professional or not, that’s not very important. Exercising in such teams, enables the body to activate the entire muscular system, train the heart, and help maintain a balanced mental state. For more information on how the team’s game improves mental health, see the third section of this guide.

Some minor changes in your daily life can help you move your body and brain. Starting small, gradually learn to add physical activity until it becomes a lifestyle. For example: try getting the stairs for home or work. For small distances, try to walk every day and more until you eliminate the need for transport vehicles, cars or buses. These small exercises do not serve the body as much as the brain. These tech the brain to become accustomed to change. Often the greatest resistance comes from the brain itself, having been acostumed on a passive routine of muscles and organs.

Another helpful advice, which is very clear and self-explanatory, is not to consume alcohol, tobacco, or other substances that may create dependence. Along with these try to eliminate white sugar, chocolate and processed substances according to the tips in the second part of this guide. The organism is “strengthened” in a way that changes the pace with which it is taught, so other additional substances would be excessive and would hinder the normal functioning of the organs.

To teach your body and brain with these changes, you must be determined and willing. This requires a stable and peaceful psychological state. A sustainable mental health contributes to physically active life and healthy eating habits.
